Bookings

Check in is 3pm Check out is 11am sharp (sometimes there are exceptions to this)

Payment in full is required before check in. This is in form of cash or e transfer. Once payment is received I will give you a code for the front door.

Cabin Fee - Please contact me for price on requested dates 

Security Deposit - We require a cash (or e transfer) deposit of 1/2 the rental cost up front.

 

If you damage our home, you will be charged

Please leave the cabin clean and tidy. We charge $100 for a 2 hour clean by a professional cleaner.

Please remove all bedding and place them on the floor near the washer and dryer Leave blankets on the beds. You will need to clean all other items (such as towels, and dish towels) If the cleaner must take longer the extra fee will be deducted from your deposit. 

 

Capacity: 10 people MAX.

Events/Parties: No parties are events are permitted on the premises. Only guests who are accounted for on the booking are permitted on the property. Failure to follow this rule will result in being asked to vacate the property.

Parking: There is 4 parking spots TOTAL provided

Please make sure the cabin is locked when no one is in or around the cabin

​

Smoking: The cabin is a smoke free cabin. Smoking in the cabin will result in you being asked to vacate the property.

Outdoor Noise: Respect the neighbours and others in the park. There is a noise bylaw at Cultus Lake that is from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am daily. Please keep the noise to a minimum during this time. After 11:00 pm you may be fined for noise. You are responsible for any fines incurred while you are renting the cabin.

Outdoor Gas Fire Pit: There is a natural gas fire pit available for use. You are able to use the fire pit during a fire ban, but the flames are to be no higher than 6"

If no one is sitting near the fire, turn it off.

BBQ: Please clean the BBQ before you leave. The BBQ is natural gas as well

Outdoor Furniture: Please put the cushions back into the cabin before checking out. If it rains please put the cushions on the front patio to stay dry.

If you bring bikes toys etc. It is your responsibility to ensure its protected and locked.

 

 

Kitchen

The kitchen is complete with pots pans dishes utensil etc There are two fridges for your convenience.

There is only a Keurig coffee machine, you must provide your own coffee pods.

 

Please insure the kitchen is kept tidy

 

Cleaning

There is a $100 fee for professional cleaning that will be deducted from the deposit.

 Please ensure the cabin is left neat and tidy and everything put back in place. Please put sheets and used towels on the floor by the laundry machine.

• Towels

• Floors

• Light dusting

• kitchen cleaning (counters, light wipe of fridge and oven/stove.)

• vacuum couches

• wipe/sanitize surfaces

• clean bathrooms

• wipe and vacuum bedrooms

• Misc Cleaning (baseboards, under beds etc when times permits)
   

Anything over normal cleaning will result in the entire deposit being lost

Garbage: Pick up is Monday Mornings (Including Holiday Monday's). We are allowed two garbage bin of garbage a week. Please place the garbage cans to the right outside the back gate.

Garbage goes in the black garbage bin located beside the back door. Please insure the lids are firmly attached as park critters (racoons) will create a mess. You are responsible for clean up if this happens.

Recycling: Pick up for recycling is on Monday Morning's as well (Including Holiday Monday's) We have a two large blue recycling bins

Internet: There is free WiFi for your use. I will supply you with the password

TV: 
There are 2 tv in the cabin both have Shaw cable boxes the upstairs TV also has apple TV

Netflix is provided

ABSOUTLEY NO PAY MOVIE RENTALS ARE ALLOWED ON EITHER DEVICE

Music: There are two Bluetooth type speakers and one Bose type plug in style speaker you are welcome to use.
